“How do you explain this, that nine years ago you’re coaching in high school and here you are with this trophy?” Dan Patrick asked.

Eagles coach Doug Pederson replied, “I can only give the praise to my lord and savior Jesus Christ for giving me this opportunity.”

Oh yessiree! Even though there are children literally starving to death in Africa, wondering if the
warlord or their hunger will get them first, people suffering all kinds of ailments both natural and
man made, and all kinds of woe and hardship that is going on everyday on a level impossible to imagine
(oh and a huge number of them have been praying for DECADES without any kind of relief whatsoever, and they have been licking Yahweh's boots like they were supposed to!), "God" is worried about a
football game! Oh wait, he also helped that televangelist find his keys a couple decades ago!!!

I truly fear for the human race now. Maybe an Extinction Level Event for us won't be so bad after all. :\

Absolutely.

Just understand that doing it for His glory, means He gets something out it.

What is this "Glory" anyway? Is this kind of like when someone flashes around money, drives a Lamborghini to the grocery store, and surrounds himself with hot babes everywhere he goes?

God doesn't give a rat's hiney about sports and sports teams. He has no reason to get involved in such human creations and human activities.

Could he have helped one team over another? Sure/yes. Would he help one team over another? No.
