But individually humans are emotional beings and the “multitudes” are not who the Scriptures are aimed at, they are like the birds, beasts, fish, creeping things metaphorically who do things naturally, living their own natural lives, within their own particular society
There is a specific people who have the necessary literary skills, but there are different types of skills needed to sort through a huge amount of “religious” data that no one person can do alone
There are a people of God, prophets, priests, elders who were not, are not, will not think that they are doing the work for themselves, for their own benefit.... they realise they are fulfilling Gods will and purpose for His creation according to His times for society “humankind”

The individual political and religious organisations have their own spheres of authority, on earth, natural - Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism do have their own “estates” but are not ultimately or the sole point, they each have their own “place” in “time” according to their own “seasons”
