I have worn out several Bibles through the years. They just start falling apart from use.

I staple them, tape them up to keep from losing the nuggets I've found and written throughout.

So I decided to get new ones and go page by page and copy the nuggets in the new Bible.

It's worth it I think, as to not lose the enlightenment.

What do you do? Any suggestions?

Get yourself a Kindle and download a Bible to it. Yes you can annotate, mark, highlight and all that good stuff with Kindle.

That's sounds like a great idea! I am not a tech person though, I have no idea what Kindle is, of course I could learn, but I have no desire. I'm just a stick in the mud when it comes to these things.

I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, I had to take 2 computer classes which I barely passed before taking college classes. It was miserable, I just don't click with that stuff.

I personally use an ipad now for mine. Harder to write in the notes. But I do recall my first couple that were the same way.

I'd suggest a trip to Best Buy to play with one on display and ask questions.
But with this pandemic......

A Kindle is a very simple device for reading e-books.

What is a Kindle:

You get from Amazon:

An iPad might be too much for a non tech person, especially if it will only be used for reading.

Oh..just thought of this. You can download the Kindle app for your computer and read e-books on your computer.
Good way to try it out.

Kindle app for PC (free)

And then download an e-book Bible (free)
(KJV)

(ESV)

Now I might try that. There's really no gadget to fiddle with.
