Scientists believed that mankind is not a creation of God but by nature through evolution.
Creationist like us Christians ( and maybe Islam and Jews also) believed that mankind as said in the Bible and also in Koran is created by God. And we creationist does not believed in evolution.
For me the root cause of all the misinterpretations and misunderstanding of the Bible is what is said in the Book of Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
They have assumed that the man God created is a complete person like us on earth complete with matching body/flesh and soul/spirit. This is where the big mistake originated.
So the result is they misunderstood the whole Bible, the Old and New Testament.
It should have been understood that God created only the soul/spirit of mankind, for one reason God was in heaven not on earth when He created the man, only souls can stay in heaven. A man with flesh and bone can not stay in heaven because heaven is a spiritual world. Another reason God does not stay on earth, it is not His home. His home is Heaven.
The result is they missed the most important part that is to distinguish between the sin of the flesh from the sin of the soul, by assuming that Adam while he was at the Garden of Eden was a natural person like us so the sin of the soul that Adam committed was overlooked by humanity. By the way the other word of Adam is humanity, us people on earth.
The result was only the sin of the flesh was thought by humanity to have been redeemed by the savior Christ unaware that the sin of the soul was still intact.
If the sin of the soul is still intact when the body expired or die the soul destination is in the lake of fire. We don't want it to happen to us, do we?
But if you have assumed at the first place that the man God Created is only the soul then where did the body/flesh came from. The answer is from evolution. So in this case you have believed in the creation and at the time have believed in evolution. You are both CREATIONIST and EVOLUTIONIST, like some scientist are who understood the creation story.

Energy can be and is converted to that which we perceive as matter. In fact, this apparent material universe at the time of the Big Bang, was, according to the most popular theory of the creation of this universe, pure electromagnetic energy, which, In my Opinion, was spewed out of a WHITE HOLE, in the trillions upon trillions of degrees, or, according to scientific measurements (180 million trillion, trillion degrees Fahrenheit), which electromagnetic energy has been converted to that which we perceive as matter, only to be reconverted to its original form as electromagnetic energy during the phase of the Big Crunch, when all will be ripped apart atom by atom, subatomic particle by subatomic particle, and fall as fire into the Great Abyss, or Black Hole that is connected to a White Hole at the end of an Einstein Rosen bridge that connects the two.

There are many curses that can block trying to believe which Jesus is capable in overcoming through His spirit, like science, wealth, pride, traditions, social, alcohol, employment, Jesus has a plan to help people convert to Christ through the spirit ........, Still people have to find that they can find God, and God is not out off the earth a million miles away which His is not through His spirit

2) Again, in verse 8 “8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” How can there be evening and morning the second day when there was no sun yet, when the sun and all the stars were created in the fourth day.
3) Again, in verse 12 -13“ 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind; and God saw that it was good. 13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.” How can there be evening and morning the third day when there was no sun yet, when the sun and all the stars were created in the fourth day.
The atheists misunderstood the Genesis 1, 2 and even more Genesis 3.
In Genesis 3 God created the man first then the animals then the woman which was taken from the rib of the man. They say that God open up the body of the man without anesthesia and took a rib then form the woman. While in Genesis 1 God created the man and the woman at the same time.
Atheists are laughing at the Bible because they misunderstood it. For all they know Genesis 1, 2 and 3 is all about the creation of the spiritual worldnot the physical world.
Why worry about it? Just focus on daily living and making the most of every day. Bickering over science or non-science and stuff is just idle wheel-spinning foolishness. Some waste their lives majoring in pointless matters.

I would imagine that all Christians believe that many things that have been learned through science are true, why would you think otherwise?
