If you mean I'm not sensible by criticising the Rapturist views, let me hasten to add I'm not just singling out Rapturism, I'm also critical of all the other cults out there too, and even correct some big Organised Religions too if they deserve it..

I'm non-denominational myself because I like to think for myself..
The rapture is not a cult. I've provided links both to the scriptural evidence for it and to the fact that the belief existed in the early church.
I agree, but there was a time I would have thought no one could actually believe such nonsense. No longer, since my experiences here on the forums.
The beliefs of the religious are there for a purpose mystic, and that has always been the case
There are particular sequences, stories, narratives that were to be kept by those charged with that duty and there is a lot of symbolism and collaboration involved in that process
I do not believe in a literal, physical, individual rapture ...... however these beliefs are part of a much greater pool of the necessary proliferation of data and imagination which then needs to be sorted and separated at particular times
Mat 7:1**Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2**For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3**And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:4**Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:5**Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
1Co 4:5**Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
1Co 4:6**And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

Sure, true Christians will go to heaven, but I just can't accept the Rapturist idea that they'll simply vanish in the blink of an eye leaving people looking round wondering where they went, leaving their driverless vehicles and planes careering around causing carnage.

Well, you can't accept what you can't accept. That doesn't change what will be however.

I think it is more about what has been given and not given
There is a lot of extra things that need effort and training to acquire but if you do not have the natural abilities in those areas you just will not be able to understand them
All humanity has natural limitations, and that applies with the religious things as well
Your regular Christian will believe but not be interested in how/why/when anything has happened or will happen- they are content that they are Christian and will go to heaven
I see in your profile that you're non-denominational, yet you sound like a Rapturist, what gives?..
Out of interest what denomination were you brought up in or exposed to?
I was brought up Pentecostal and left that in my teens .....
I’m Christian and also not affiliated with any denomination, but I also recognise all of the denominations as part of the church which has been “dispersed” and “scattered” as they were told to do
