My Mom decided not to go to college (1955) because all the end time 'prophets' she was listening to said Jesus was coming "any day now".
She now understands that the only 'coming' she will experience in her lifetime will be the one in her heart.
The "I'll fly away oh glory" crowd has been around for awhile now.
At least the hymn writer got it right :
"When I die hallelujah by and by - I'll fly away"
That's why scripture is important!! and this proves it! If you read it you will see even though we dream for that day, we don't stop living our lives. SCRIPTURE, SCRIPTURE, SCRIPTURE. Without it you become weird in your thinking and beliefs.
