Hi Sherry, I believe that we are only able to submt because of His work in us. I fully believe that all that I am able to do to live for Him is the direct result of God's work in me. God bless.
Having the fruits of the spirit is an indication of a righteous life to me. Galatian 5 -love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, self-control, faithfulness, gentleness....If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit God bless.

I agree....but I think we choose whether to submit or not...for there are many who have not submitted...and it is his will that all submit to him. Just some do not choose this path.
Well, Sherry, you know that I believe that everyone will eventually choose this path and all will one day submit to Him. He will subject all to Himself (1 Cor. 15) We do not yet see all things in submission to Him (Hebrews 2) What I was trying to share is that all that I can ever do is because of God's work in me. I would not be able to serve Him for His grace and power in me. God bless.
