I would consider them partners.

In truth, the two forms of faith are just like siblings. Born of the same womb but difference in physical features.

All the fighting and rivalry is just politics and human ego

you mean partner in spiritual matters?

I almost became Muslim, have you ever read the Koran? - basically it says that Christians are unbelievers that might be slain and go to hell hereafter

I would agree with this. Not just Muslims and Christians either, but everyone of the world.
