Few follow the narrow way [Matt 7:14] of giving up sin in this life [2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.]
Since few OBEY Jesus and are loving to all folks, even those who make them their 'enemies' , then few will be taken by Jesus at his return, as he says , he will take NO SINNERS :-
Matthew 7:23 And then will I profess unto them,
I never knew you: depart from me,
ye that work iniquity.
Luke 13:27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are;
depart from me,
all ye
workers of iniquity.
Jesus will certainly save all sinners, but NOT at his return , Matthew states it in Matt 7:14 FEW find the way of obeying Christ as Lord and stopping sin, being wholly loving to all , in this life - Jesus states how few, just 144,000 , and Jude confirms [Jude 1:14] that as Enoch stated, there are only tens of thousands of saints out of the billions [12 billion +] of men who roamed this earth in this life... thus oly about one in 80,000 will be a sant and be taken by Jesus at his return ... people 'forget' that most of the scripture is specifically addressed to the saints, and think it applies to them as sinners, but it never did, never will , it says to whom it applies
Yet the many are saved later, once the kingdom is set up in the new earth , although the many go through destruction in the wrath of God and end of this earth... the spirit always returns to God and it is the spirit that animates a new body in resurrection if the old body has been destroyed :-
Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
But many are later saved [Rev 7:9-10]
Thus it is that many ignore Matthew and Christ in pretending that many are the FEW , yet there is no way of stopping this false belief created by Satan, as Jesus himself said, all the world WILL worship Satan's version of religion [Rev 13:3-10] and only the few saints will not do so [and most die for not doing so]... how many are then truly ready to do what the scripture says saints must do, all those who follow Jesus must do, give up all sin , past sin forgiven by grace, and face death for sake of Jesus ... the first harder than the second i think, but why do so few take the words of Jesus and the saints seriously? ... simply because folks cannot give up sin, and that is why there are so few saints in this life... and God requires but a FEW as kings and priests in the kingdom ,so why make up lies to pretend that many can be first, God simply does not require everyone as kings and priests, who would they serve once the kingdom is set up ? ... foolish people, there can only be FEW kings and priests in the kingdom, God has chosen them Himself, named them from the beginning to show His power of prophecy, and you ignore Him and make up religion as sinners? If sinners lead sinners in religion then it is the blind leading the blind and that is what we see, religion led by sinners and insisting on belief in lies counter to te unity of all scriptures :-
Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by
every word of God.
