So Tony, are you looking for some kind of justification for calling people bad names? I hope not, because Jesus can get away with a few things you shouldn't try to get away with. He was in a position to be calling people names. My guess is that you're not. It's kind of like the casting the first stone thing, ya know?

Likewise Jesus was called a lier and blasphemer.
Likewise Jesus was called a law breaker when he's a law maker.
Called a friend of sinners breaking the law.
Called a rebellious man against a king and government of man.

Most of those that He talked to in such a VENOMOUS way were the religious leaders of that day. We are NOT to yell these things at the guy sitting on the corner!
Also, He HATED when the W*OR* talked about God but did NOT UNDERSTAND HIS SPIRIT! The W*or* will always follow the world. Every time the w*or* is used in the Bible, it is talking about a RELIGIOUS system that STILL TALKS ABOUT GOD but does not know what SPIRIT they are really following! (all throughout the Old Testament, the w*or* is used to speak of the religious who were making deals with political systems. In the New Testament, it is NO different)
The BEAST (politics as usual) uses the W*OR*. NOT GOOD......
Christ told Christians to LOVE their enemies. To HEAP coals of fire on their heads! Basically, kill 'em with kindness! Not many people know that! What a shame......
