Any Jeep mechanics that have any suggestions about my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0? It keeps stalling after it warms up and its undriveable. This occured after I killed the battery then used a booster to start it. The check engine light works but doesnt come on. With out a code I dont know what to start testing. Please help.
If it starts fine, then you are getting fuel. It sounds more like a MAF sensor going out than anything else, the MAF (mass air flow meter) determines the proper amount of air to allow into the engine to match the fuel being delivered. If the sensor fails then the car will not idle properly and will usually die. I'm not sure about your Jeep, but some cars you can unplug the MAF and try and start it. If the car still starts and runs the same way, then it's the MAF.
Is the check engine light on? If so, what are the codes?
Sometime a failing coil pack can cause the symptoms you describe. They work fine when cool, but once they get heated up they fail to work. Unsure if the 4.0 uses a single pack, or COP.

On a Chrysler, when the battery is disconnected, the keep alive memory (KAM) is reset and basically, the car forgets how to idle. Put about 20 miles on it, and it will be fine. The PCM will learn how you drive and reset its adaptives.
For this reason, when I install a new battery in anything Chrysler, I keep a booster pack on the cables so that the PCM doesn't lose battery power. Prevents comebacks.
You may have to 2 foot it until you get it on the freeway.

This. I am not an expet mechanic but I know a little about a few cars and this is dead on for Jeeps.

I've also seen drive ability issues with the PCM in some Jeeps after they have been jump started because they were damaged during the process. The only fix is swapping out the PCM if that's the case. The original posters problem is a drive ability issue once the engine is warm.

The 4.0 has a coil rail, 1 long rail over the six spark plugs. I've never seen one only have issues when hot, but I guess anything's possible.

Jeep has a TSB for a misfire when hot, because the exhaust manifold is too close to the injectors. They sell an update kit that comes with 6 little heat shields that go around the injectors. Not really related to this.

The heat issue is with injector #3, and your right, if that was the issue the engine would run rough and there would be a CEL.
