I was thinking that it was in the dome of the Cincinnati Union Terminal building, but I'm probably wrong.

My son stopped at the Main Post Office the other day and snapped that shot. I thought it was pretty interesting. (He was doing some work in OTR that day.)

As many times as I've been in that post office, I don't recall ever looking up. LOL

Anywho, thank heaven for Google Maps. The post office is the only building or one of the few of that era within that ZIP Code.

Wasn't the Dalton Avenue post office slated to close? Or am I remembering wrong?
