Seen a nice home out there. Is it a nice area? Safe? Give me the 411 in a honest way.

Sure! I can help.

I know one family there that likes it. They send their kids to Hamilton schools, seem happy there, etc. Working class, blue-collar place. I'd say it's not a bad place to live.

Lindenwald is starting to become yuppified. Several of my son's friends in their mid-40s are buying homes. The older bigger homes between Symmes and Laurel

I know nothing about Hamilton schools

My ex-brother in law's parents (we are still close, he and my sister were married many years), live in Hamilton in a very nice sprawling ranch. I don't recall the street, but we have visited often, and it seems like a pleasant, rather sleepy middle class neighborhood.

Seems to me to be the exact neighborhood to live in, pleasant, rather sleepy middle class neighborhood.
