I seen a nice home that I like in Finneytown its off Daly rd on a street called Balboa. I want to know how is this the neighborhood? And if you are familiar with this specific area how is it? Is it nice? Low on crime? Free of thugs? How is it racially and economically?

Sorry for all of the questions lol it's just I have a epileptic mom that stays home and while I work I would like to feel safe while she's at home.

Same answer as to all your other postings. Walk around the area of the home on a weekend afternoon, knock on some doors, and ask the people who live there. Your chances of finding someone on this forum who knows a specific street in the enormous Cincinnati area are like finding a needle in a haystack.

Balboa Drive is not in Finneytown. It's in a part of Springfield Twp. that doesn't have the greatest rep. The neighborhood isn't better than where you are currently in Forest Park.

Finneytown is not an independent village; it is a Census Designated Place within Springfield Township.

I don't think its really a great area. There was a murder about 1/2 a mile away last November. (On Tassie lane)
