Also, from this point on I will be renting without being in the area. We live in Kansas and can't get back out there before the move. Obviously alot of research is key. I also have a friend in the area that will be going to view anything we really like once it gets closer to the relocation date.

1. Loveland: somewhere near the bike trail/river. Downtown bars/restaurants are particularly fun during the spring/summer.
2. Milford: somewhere near downtown.
3. Lebanon: somewhere near downtown/bike trail.

You said your job would be split between the University of Cincinnati and another location in Mason. This makes me wonder if it is a hospital job, since the Brand New West Chester Hospital, while actually in West Chester Twp of Butler Co. is often referenced as Mason since it is so close and there is no other identifiable city close by.

Regardless, stick close to the I-75 corridor for a reasonable commute to both locations. Why go out in East Jesus somewhere just to have a longer commute?

Loveland and Milford seem to be great. I will do some more research and see what I can find. Any other suggestions?

Bridgetown/Dent is a great location as well out by the Rybolt Exit (some very nice higher end homes in that area) if you are looking for convenience to downtown, UC, or really anywhere north of the city with it's proximity to 74, 75, 275 and Ronald Reagan Highway. UC is only about a 10-15 minute drive straight in 74 and I can literally get to Mason or Blue Ash in 20-25 minutes as well from that area.

There is nothing about Cincinnati that would affect a firearms instructor. No one is going to be discharging firearms wherever you live. You will have to go outside of all municipalities and even then may have troubles.

The City has no enforceable restrictions on firearms instruction.
