Well, I have a soft spot in my heart for the Hoover Company. My people worked there when the company was in Canton, Ohio. But, they are trying to sell you a vacuum and your questions might pertain to that transaction, so they would be incentivized to answer you and have a process. Fox on the other hand has no mechanism for your questions nor any need to respond to you. You are already watching which means the sale is complete. Switch to CNN (hahaha!) if you don't like it. People vote with the TV remote and Fox is the hands down winner 4 to 1 in most every market and nationally. The people have spoken.
