Hello considering purchasing a home and looking in a couple different locations...can you give me some advice and info on what the area is like and known for and what the schools are like...do they have a good reputation....or not....

1. Loveland mailing, (off smith road) Goshen Twp, (goshen schools) Spaulding Elem, Goshen Middle, Goshen High

2. Colerain Twp, (off w Kemper close to Pippin and Hamilton Ave) Cinci mailing, Pleasant Run Elementary and Middle, Northwest High

3. Lebanon mailing, Turtlecreek Twp, Lebanon schools

I would avoid tbat area of Colerain Township, where property values and quality of the schools are in a distinct downward trajectory. Is it horrible? No, you can do worse. I just see no reason to choose it--there are better places in that general area, such as Ross Township or even Fairfield.

Stay with Lebanon schools. At least those people keep their heads screwed on squarely mostly.

Didn't say there were any issues with Goshen schools. But if you ask an honest question and expect an honest response SOBEIT. Lebanon schools have been around about double the time of the others, and they will still be there about the same ratio of time.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Would also add you're better off staying away from Northwest Local Schools in general.

Lebanon is easily the best choice of the three.

Another +1 for "Avoid Colerain by all means necessary".

As for Goshen or Lebanon, I have no clue.

Question I understand...Lebanons Good..but what about Goshen?

I can't find anything in Lebanon that I'm looking for...
Is Goshen okay? Its a Loveland mailing...and Goshen school . .. . do they have a bad name?
Looking at possibly making offer soon..... any input would be really appreciated!

Thank you....

Totally agree with Sarah Perry on Colerain. Stay away from there.

If you are looking for Ohio State report cards, I'd suggest trying :
Pages - School Search

You should be able to search by school name within the district. I have no personal knowledge of Goshen schools.
