What a bunch of party pooper and sour grapes. Apparently P&G made a request and Mason City Council was smart enough to respond to it in quick fashion. In case no one remembers, P&G was founded here in Cincinnati. I am just damn glad they want to expand here. The P&G Mason Business Center is a beautiful facility and I will be happy to see it extended. Kudos to Mason for not sitting on their duffs mincing a bunch of words. Those jobs will be very welcomed here, and thank you P&G.

Just how do you pirate part of a company founded in your city? It is my understanding they want to consolidate their beauty care product development. Since they exited the dog food business and several others it makes sense to determine how to reallocate your resources.

My suggestion is get several nice looking young things and develop a series of commercials featuring them wearing those beauty products and having a great time at Kings Island. You have prove out and development all in one compact location.

Just because Mason jumps on things quickly doesn't make it illegal. What should be illegal is dawdling around all over the place. If P&G didn't want Mason they had many other sites to put out overtures to. It is often said location, location, location. And for well educated employees with a close by area to raise their families, Mason is Location, Location, Location. Just love seeing our city just jump on something which presents itself.

Guess what, it is P&G. It is a done deal and Mason will benefit from it. Snoose and you lose. Name me a court who will find a reason to reverse this? Make a bet right now it won't be in Warren Co.

Why the rush and the secrecy? All that had to do is do it legally. I bet Blue Ash will push back.

Blue Ash can push back all they want. But in this area what P&G desires is what they get. You want to deny them that?

It's not about me denying anything, but what the city of Mason has done illegally.

Executive Session is a very legal maneuver in Ohio. So let's see what the courts say. Still say P&G will get what they desire and Mason will be the beneficiary. Sorry for those who slept on the vine.

It is most obvious P&G made an overture and Mason jumped on it. Glad to know our council has enough brains to leap at a P&G inquiry.
