It's safe to say that a large number of visitors to the Carew Tower's 49th floor observation deck share your feelings.
However for those who can't visit in person, the video below provides a "virtual" alternative, but must be viewed with one caveat: it's a long presentation filmed by an alien visitor -
aka, an extraterrestrial. How do I know this? Just examine the footage for yourself (11 mins. won't kill anyone) and note how the visitor makes a shadowy appearance @ the 7:33 min. mark. Next, notice how this convivial creature keeps circling clockwise, bouncing round and round again, pausing every so often to point his recording device skyward. Could he be searching for his mothership to beam him back up? Lastly, note how he towers over everyone else, yet can't focus on any of his surroundings for any length of time. What does this tell us about
E.T.?
Who can know for sure what's really going on here, but one thing's for certain: all things considered, this delightfully quirky character recorded one of the best videos ever made from atop the 49th floor and saved a lot of people a lot of time and money.
