Theres quite a nice lineup of stores at Galleria and the mall is actually re-inventing itself with recent renovations completed and filling up store space that was vacated when the retailers left for the NorthPark expansion. You aren't the first person though that has put down this mall and tried to make Houston look better. What is the problem Houstonians have with Galleria Dallas?
They have a Target store at Memorial City, that's surprising.

Perimeter has Macy's, Macy's Furniture Gallery, Dilliards, Nordstrom & Bloomingdale's.

Memorial has Macy's, Dilliards, JCPenney, Sears & Target.

No comparison, really.
Memorial City once had a Lord & Taylor department store.

so why not go to smaller stores. It is good exercise and the people who work there are cuter. The department store workers look like they are extras from house of wax
