Which City in the South has become the LEAST Southern? (state, bigger)

In your opinion, which city in the south (EXCLUDING FLORIDA CITIES) has become the LEAST "SOUTHERN"?

With all of the migration to southern states, which cities in the south have become the most influenced by the migratory influences from other areas? I am excluding Florida cities because most of the major cities in Florida lost their southern roots decades ago.

Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Raleigh, Cary, Charlotte, Atlanta, Wilmington come to mind.

Roswell, Georgia; Clarksville, Tennessee; Cary, North Carolina; and Reston, Virginia are listed as high for people born out of state. However they don't say what other state they were born so it could just be other Southern states in a few of those.

My wild guess would be a college town that borders a Northern state.

Agreed. In the South, the bigger the city, the less southern it seems to be.

There is some southern-ness to be found in Florida, although certainly not south of Gainesville. Jacksonville has a little bit, but certainly Tallahassee and Pensacola (although these aren't very large). I would have to say Atlanta has lost a good bit of its Southern flavor, but not to the degree Dallas has, in my opinion. Two cities that have kept their Southern flavor are definitely Memphis and New Orleans (although New Orleans has always been a different case from the other Southern cities). I can't speak for any other cities besides these, and my hometown Shreveport, LA, which remains as Southern as can be.

Here we go again, but in order to answer this question a DEFINITION of SOUTHERN needs to be agreed upon first.
