Not to nit-pick but you forgot to highlight one. Atlanta at #40.

And Dallas - answer - they pre-selected 65 cities and ranked them, so those not preselected were not ranked, no way to know where they would have ranked

Overall, a good list. Nice to see that 6 U.S. cities made the top 20.

Probably most impressive is that 6 of the top 10 (or 7 of the top 12) are Pacific Rim cities. This region has gained immense ground and should continue to in both the short and long term. Probably gaining momentum more than anything, this shift should most benefit our west coast cities the most.
