There's never been a city like Atlanta, as no other city drew tons of black residents from a variety of areas north, south, east, and west prior to the developments which the area has experienced in recent years.

Going to assume he means percentage wise since he’s talking about blackness.

If so I think the percentage of a city’s blackness is not as relevant as people are making it out to be.
I prefer to actual population number.
