Good list. I can go along with it. IMO it's a very close ranking among the four in most of the categories, but I do think the Texas cities have a clear advantage right now in terms of the employment picture.
Houston has Texas Southern (largest HBCU), Prairie View, University of Houston, Rice, and others, so that's definitely not a reason!
I didn't say that Houston doesn't have colleges/universities, but it doesn't have a particularly large contingent of college students for the size city that it is.
