Queens holds it's own, but no cigar. I don't think boroughs by themselves can take on cities like LA, Chi, and Toronto. Those cities just offer more, because there entertainment, sports, work, isn't dependent on another borough, and they aren't nearly as residential as the boroughs of NYC(outside of Manhattan).

Coney Island Boardwalk (BK) is a knockoff Atlantic City Boardwalk.. Going by your logic.

Just keep it in Queens. No one here has any reason to bash Queens the way you bash Toronto.

Toronto, every day - all day long.

Queens by itself simply can't compare - but as a Borough, I guess it can compare to Etobicoke or Scarborough - perhaps. (Of course, before amalgamation.)

And you still haven't answered what I've asked several times. What does TS have to do with Queens? Nothing.

Now please shut up, moron.
Post like these basically show you how much of a in denial person this blogger is. Many folks would die to go to times square while times square itself has a huge tourist rate(probably one of the highest in the nation). But then you have bloggers like this Toronto guy who claims times square is lame?? lmao all this proves is that your the actual lame because the majority of tourist would not agree with this at all.

This K.O.N.Y. clown has done nothing but spew personal attacks towards me. Like I said before, I treat you how you treat me. He's shown me no respect, so I see no reason to show him any. He's called me an "idiot", a "moron", you name it.

He thinks there's a place in Toronto called "donde square" and he has the gall to call me an idiot. Pot...kettle...

Hell, if they had instituted a minimum I.Q. requirement of 80 prior to you joining, you'd have never been able to sign up in the first place. I mean if you can't discern between "your" and "you're", I don't know what to say.

You didn't get your education in Queens by any chance did you?
so you made a post this long about one word in my sentence? all this shows is that your post are meaningless and you have nothing else to prove. You can crawl back to your cave now.

The pictures that ive posted clearly shows that TS is way,wAY,Way,way more impressive and vibrant than pica. You would almost have to be a new york hater(which u are) to say anything different. Someone from london would tell u ts is more impressive

Times square is lame yet your city and other world cities-london,tokyo etc- are trying to imitate it

Yes it is lame. What's so special about it? Ohhhhh....look at all the big, flashy ads. Please explain how that is even remotely interesting.

And of course it has lots of tourists. Did I not call it a tourist trap? Are you even familiar with that term? When I called it a tourist trap that means that it gets lots of tourists. That is the DEFINITION of a tourist trap.

And please explain to me what is so special about Times Square. I don't find large advertisements "cool", and am not impressed by them like you seem to be. So why is Times Square interesting? What can I do there that I can't do elsewhere?
