i was going to say l.a but then again they look nice compared to east coast cities but i don't think their housing projects look nice compared to your average west coast. i would imagine that that maybe Seattle probably would have the best looking on the west.

I know this, having 10-30 story projects makes it much harder for police to crackdown on crime, thats part of the reason why Cabrini Green is being town down and other high rise projects in other cities. That'll never happen in NYC because its just too many people living in those buildings. Most of them look okay on the outside, gritty but okay. But the inside can be terrible.

There are gone now, but they we're the worst housing projects in DC back in the day:

one of the few high rise projects DC ever built, theres a few left in other parts of the city.

I think the housing projects that were just built in East Boston were very nice with nice views of the city across the bay.

nope compared to back in the day the projects look better. But housing in nyc is very dirty pissy hallways, massive graffiti all over, and it just gives you a ghetto vibe when you enter. Now not all projects are like this but the majority are. Vladecks houses in the lower east side is actually clean to me.
