If that was the case then no but I would live in Georgia if I had to, it is quite a pleasant state and Atlanta is extremely progressive. I used to live in GA.
I don't know if I'd seek out living in Georgia but, if I were to live there, I'd either live in a VERY close in location in Atlanta or maybe Savannah. However, I imagine that Savannah would get old for me quickly due to its size. I like larger metros.
One of the choices in the poll should be "I already live there."
