Drug culture exists in every city in the USA. Even Salt Lake City has drug abuse.

Drug culture will be around as long as humans exist.

Denver, too, regarding marijuana useage. I believe the Denver police are more 'forgiving' than the Boulder police.

Wrong, the only city you could ever thank the next time u smoking marijuana is San Francisco and the entire bay area. NO city even comes close to weed culture or has weed close to as good as you get it in NorCal. Thats real talk!

ARE YOU KIDDING? DRUGS ARE EVERYWHERE

Some good cities for example are ATLANTA, MIAMI for strong. You know as far as more common or likely to be mentioned when talking amongst drug talk.

I can't think of drugs being on a smaller scale really because there are so many out there. You can probably find drugs in Lacoochee, Florida for all we know .
