I have heard people call it the ball, the lollipop, the dandelion, and the disco ball. Do you think its ugly? When I was younger I thought it was the ugliest thing ever created. Now, I have grown to like it............a little. I would have put this in the Texas forum, but I wanna hear everyone's opinion.

Things it reminds me of:
- Lollipop
- Dandelion
- Baby's Rattle

That's all for now. Is it ugly? No. Is it flashy? With the lighting scheme it has now yes.

It's not ugly, but nothing amazing either. I once went up in the ball and you got amazing views of the city, but it seemed rather small in person. We stayed in the Hyatt Regency and got the opportunity to go in there.

In 2007 they did a complete renovation of Reunion Tower, it looks really nice. (Five Sixty is actually the height of the building)

Here's the restaurant. Its called Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck.

I think anyone can guess what that reminds me of lol, the Reunion Tower vaguely reminds me of the same thing. Besides that though, I just find the overall shape of it unattractive and the lighting a lil "tacky".
Yeah, the building is pretty old. It was built in the late 70s.

if you put the Reunion Tower picture sideways, with their yellow flashy glow, it will look like a space shot of Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex!

Yeahhh just thought I share that. Reunion Tower should be the official signature tower or landmark for the Metroplex!!
