Cornish & Carey studies show 10 million sq. of office space, not 8 million in Dt. San Jose. Another amenities in Dt. San Jose: Martin L. King Public Library with enternets everywhere and the only perminent Bethoven Exhibit, Camera 12 cinemas, Foral shop, Bijan Bakery, Love Cupcakes with delicious orange creamiscle cupcakes, Camera 3 intertainment with Psycho donut, Satori Tea shop with all flavor of teas from all over the world in a nice patio setting and a cool concert hall at the newly remodeled civic auditorium. What about the new cool San Pedro Square Market Place with hot food stalls, specialty shops, and fresh produce with music and juggling everyday. There's rooftop coffee place on the top of the Market Pl. There's so much more in Downtown SJ. I hope this is enough for you to enjoy.

Durf's ramblings aside, explain how office space is suburban.

Travel Guy, just check out San Jose and then you know I'm right. Montreal sucks in icesicle weather and dirty lanscape. No comparison. Its industy sucks and has no influence once so ever. Montreal is a dump with French people bickering.

Travel Guy, you sure speak French hippie. Ha ha ha ha ha ha hah ha ha ha , no woodstock in San Jose. The popsicle weather up in your city froze your brain, and you got a pass with ignorancy. Nighty night!
