You might have explained this in the other thread, but how did they do overlapping codes? 713/281/832 are all Houston and same geographical area.

I know they are overlapping area codes in many cases but sadly I dont know how they come up with different figures. Sorry.

It's an interesting question, though. I used to work in bill collections so I had pretty much every zip code memorized (lots of phone numbers would come in without one). I also had access to all kinds of credit information, but I know of no database that could, with any accuracy, actually plot this data. The problem is really that there just isn't anything that cross-references the data, unless they're going off what people state when applying for credit, and in that case it's mostly self-reported.
