I'm glad we are finally in agreement on the whole Philly/Capri issue. BTW: Macys has a sale on capris all summer long. Get them while they are hot.

And you Philly Bols accent is jive country. But you don't know it and that makes all the better and even more hilarious.

HARLEM ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS IN NY!! BUT U-STREET WAS IMPORTANT THIS TOPIC IS KIND OF CONTROVERSIAL BECAUSE IT DEPENDS ON WHAT CITY YOU ARE FROM AND WHAT REGION YOU LIVE IN, YOUR GOING TO BE BIASED!!

EVERY MAJOR CITY IN THE MID-ATLANTIC AND NORTHERN U.S. HAD A BLACK MECCA WITHIN ITSELF!!

D.C.'S FINEST RECENTLY EDUCATED ME ON U-STREET ON ANOTHER THREAD DID MY HOMEWORK AND YES IT WAS THE REAL DEAL!!! SAME AS PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE IN MY HOMETOWN!!!

AND DIFFERENCE IS HARLEM ALONE HAD ABOUT A QUARTER OF THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF D.C. AND BALTIMORE AT THE TIME!!! SO THATS WHY IT WAS SO POPULAR ITS IN NY!!!

D.C., BALTIMORE, PHILLY, AND NEW YORK!!!

D.C. U STREET

NEW YORK- HARLEM!!!

BALTIMORE PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE!!

NO ARTICLES FOR PHILLY
IF YOU WANT TO KNOW LOOK UP THE BLACK MAFIA AND BLACK INC. THEY HAD PHILADELPHIA ON LOCK!!! BUILT BLACK BUSINESSES AND PROSPERED BUT DRUGS GOT INVOLVED AND PEOPLE DIED!!! DAMN SHAME!!!
