Are we defining 'country' as having a certain population density? I'm not getting it. Aren't 'city' and 'country' mutually exclusive terms?
Also, the neighborhood you cite as a typical example of Jacksonville's 'urbanity' is clear out by I-295 in the western boonies. Kind of disingenuous to compare them to intown neighborhoods in DC.
Try Riverside or Avondale if you want an example of a more typical urban neighborhood in Jacksonville.
