I'm honestly not aware of others outside of Chicago ....two of the coolest in Chicago that have gone up in recent years. Interested to see others!

Those two are excellent. Trump certainly sits high atop my list.

I think my number one would be the Bank of America Tower in New York City. 1,200 feet (second tallest in NYC at the moment) and it's absolutely gorgeous. It would stand out more in any other city, but it still pops from Bryant Park.

Beekman (8 Spruce) by Gehry in New York City is a close second for me. Such a cool design. It has one ugly flat wall which keeps it from being my favorite.

I also love the NYT Tower in New York as well. Rectangular, but with style. Very nice building.

Honorable mention to Philly's Comcast Center which is nice. Another Honorable Mention to 111 Huntington in Boston which wasn't massive but is a nice addition.

Sorry but "best skyscrapers" have been done in various forms - we don't need to get specifically "in the 2000s" otherwise we could have them for the 90s, 80, etc. Please add to any existing best-skyscraper topic rather than create a new one.
