yes I have been to all of them, along with love parade in berlin and street parade in zurich. I think you are underestimating the european cities if you do not think they are on par with SF scene. I've been to Frankfurt twice in the last year.

As far as Gay Friendliness, I dont think anywhere in America is like SF or much of the broader Bay Area for that matter.
People here generally are very open to us.
As far as Community Size, there is a huge gay population in this metropolitan area that live outside the official 'gayborhoods'.
I am intrigued by how many now live in Oakland's lower hills area.

Wasn't trying to be impressive, just saying I'm not talking out of my ass. They definitely have pretty big gay scenes there as well is all. Traveling is my #1 hobby/love of life, hence why I post on city data as well.
