Which City Has a More Black-Professional Class? DC or Atlanta?

Yeah, I wouldn’t consider that an area black or white people with an urban preference would live. They don’t even have sidewalks. It’s kinda rural.
What about the area around the AUC? That’s the area in the city of Atlanta that we talked about in the past. The major development coming to that area will create an urban neighborhood, but who do you believe will live there? It could be a major black urban district with cultural undertones from across the diaspora, but I don’t know if it will. It’s so close to downtown Atlanta, I believe it will struggle to hold onto the black identity it has shared for so long. What do you think?
West End is definitely up next for massive redevelopments, and it's currently hard to say what will ultimately happen. I'm sure it'll always have a black element as more AUC college students live here and the black community as a whole holds the neighborhood up as a cultural icon right now.

That remains to be seen once the project gets underway. Still a few unknowns at this point to say for sure.
