I think Atlanta definitely. They are very down to Earth and very beautiful over there.
I kind of disagree with this one. From my experience, if you combine your Southern-style snobbery with a streak of hedonism, then you get many of the women in Atlanta.
(NOTE: I understand that the South does not have a monopoly on snobbery, but it does have its own brand thereof.)
There are just as many places as people who aren't shallow, don't want to marry and have the 2.2 kids society says we are all having, the white picket fence yada,yada.......it takes a true hunter to find his or her's true mate.

Atlanta does have a lot of them as the ones you described, but there are many friendly and down to earth girls there as well. Every city has their fair share of stuck up and down to earth women, but Atlanta seems to have more friendly women overall for American cities. It could be because of the high female-to-male ratio. Of course, the beautiful and petite blonde (or brunette) Southern belle types who wear short skirts/dresses with heels tend to be more stuck-up, while the slightly overweight ones dressed in jeans and t-shirt or sweatshirt would be more down to earth.
