Bicycles are evidence of a high degree of urbanity.

If that's the case, I never want to hear you disparage LA's urbanity ever again:

Jeez, for someone who claims to dislike LA so much, the OP sure does seem to think about the place a lot

Lol... probably LA... but you'll have a very difficult time surviving in either city without a car.

The bus is mediocre unless your going to a bus stop with your car and then taking the bus for far commutes. Bus riders with no other means of getting around, they live quite a laughably pathetic life imo

It's unfortunate you hate your life style of taking the bus. I feel for you and your low income family, you guys will make it through. If you need donations just ask.

Even certain parts of Alpharetta are pretty decent for public transit. Atlanta is also better than the South Florida metro when it comes to public transit by far. I truly feel sorry for people who have to depend on it.
By far? Ehhh? I don't know, Tri-Rail is pretty darn extensive. 70 miles north and south from West Palm to South Miami.

Yea But Marta goes east and west, North east to Doraville, Northwest to North Springs and all the way south to the Airport. During the day Tri-rail runs every hour vs Marta running every 20 minutes. Trust me Marta is way better than South FL public transit. If you want go to Coral Springs or Kendal on Tri-rail you are SOL.

SoFla's urban area doesn't go that far east-west for it have that much of a necessity. Atlanta sprawls North-South-East-West. It's more of a necessity in Atlanta.
