Both of these entertainment districts are packed with block after block of bars, pubs, and clubs. Which one is more fun for a pub crawl? Which one offers more bars, more variety of nightlife, and feels more endless? Which one would you rather have a night (or a day) out drinking in?
Oh the good times I've spent in the Gaslamp Quarter. Memories. Memories. What a fun place. Lots of good eateries and bars. I used to go to Cafe Sevilla to see the most gorgeous women dance salsa.

the quality of women lookwise in the gaslamp is hard to match anywhere but pittsburgh is definitely not up to the challenge
I might be in the minority, but I prefer the vibe on East Carson - I like more divier options mixed in with some nice places. The Gaslamp is too consistantly upscale, with fewer divey options.

you're not in the minority. i like divey bars (though I'll go the high end clubs sometimes) but this asks about a crawl whether it be bar pub or club. You wanna bounce around between bars in a pittsburgh winter
Although, I will say one thing I enjoy more about the Gaslamp is that the bars are all closer together. East Carson is a longer district, but the restaurants and bars are a bit more spread apart. The Gaslamp is literally 6-7 blocks of nothing but bars and restaurants squeezed in, with a bunch on the side streets as well. Still prefer the vibe on East Carson though.
