The link you provided doesn't show by msa/csa...you added up all the counties?

Regardless of percentage, NYC still has the largest foreign born population in the world. Queens county is the most diverse large county in America. And NYC is still the largest immigrant destination in the country.

Have you heard of a county called Los Angeles County home to over 10 million people and a higher foreign born % than NYC msa.

% wise but I think the point was 28.5% of 24+ million is greater than 35% of 10 million or even if Orange county if thrown in it is 4.5 million (very impressive) but for the NYC MSA 6+ million
