They didnt start making noise until 2009.

They were put back on tv in 07-08. Thats when you notice the uptick in attendance first from bottom to middle. 08-09 they were #1.

TV exposure is a major catalyst for it.

I also disagree currently about the Bulls. Then again, Bulls and Hawks are two different fanbases.

They went from 29th to 19th from 06-07 to 07-08. 19th to 1st 07-08 to 08-09.

Season tix waiting list are also well over 10,000 now, from 3-4,000 years before.

The Hawks are big, but I do live here and trust me. The bulls are still bigger by quite a bit. TV ratings are hard to actually judge especially when tons of people are watching at a bar.

Yes they are, usually its more watching, because they only count households and tvs. Usually tvs at bars are watched by more people.

Youre underestimating how massive the ratings have been thus far. 2 million households. Up 68% from last year. More people are watching the Blackhawks.

When Rose is back, the Bulls will be back on top for sure. Not at the moment though.

Trust me, I understand. and trust me, the Bulls are more popular still. You are only looking at TV ratings. I'm counting what's happening in the city and what I see on a daily basis all over the place. Yes, when DRose comes back it'll be even way better for TV ratings, but you need to understand that the Bulls fans here aren't fairweather fans. Even if the Bulls completely sucked, there would still be tons of people watching.

Will omit the California cities because no where beats them for me. Seattle, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, and NYC

Cost of living - NYC 5, Boston 4, Seattle 3, Chicago 2, Dallas 1
Nightlife - Seattle 5, Boston 4, Dallas 3, Chicago 2, NYC 1
Weather - Boston 5, NYC 4, Chicago 3, Dallas 2, Seattle 1
Architecture - Seattle 5, Dallas 4, Boston 3, NYC 2, Chicago 1
Cuisine - Boston 5, Seattle 4, Dallas 3, Chicago 2, NYC 1
Culture - NYC 5, Dallas 4, Chicago 3, Boston 2, Seattle 1
Diversity - Seattle 5, Boston 4, Chicago 3, Dallas 2, NYC 1
History - Seattle 5, Dallas 4, Chicago 3, NYC 2, Boston 1
Proximity - Seattle 5, Boston 4, NYC 3, Dallas 2, Chicago 1
Public Transportation - Seattle 5, Dallas 4, Boston 3, Chicago 2, NYC 1
Scenery - Dallas 5, Chicago 4, NYC 3, Boston 2, Seattle 1
People - NYC 5, Chicago 4, Dallas 3, Boston 2, Seattle 1
Shopping- Boston 5, Seattle 4, Chicago 3, Dallas 2, NYC 1

Chicago 33
NYC 34
Boston 38
Dallas 43
Seattle 46

Not accurate, NYC is my #5 not #2, Seattle is #1 for me not #5, Boston is #2, Chicago is #3, and Dallas #4.

^ Shouldn't your COL be switched? I mean NYC is most expensive on average but I don't know how that translates to a great thing. Also shopping Dallas at #2? Interesting..

Sorry about that. Yes they should be switched.

Yes Dallas has really good shopping and fashion should have put the two together but thought was implied, #2 most fashionable city from my 5 choices and one of the only US cities with a relevant and globally recognized fashion week. IDC about streets or malls, just the product I want to buy. Only other fashion weeks that are relevant in the US are NYC, LA, Miami, and Las Vegas. NYC is a big 4 in the world.
