Atlanta

ALLIES
Charlotte: Close proximity. Learned from Atlanta's explosive growth and mistakes.
Savannah: Port city
Miami: Because of presence as Capital of Latin America
New York: Who wouldn't want the biggest and baddest on their side?
San Francisco: West Coast port, access to Asia

ENEMIES
Houston/Dallas: To much competition for us, a serve threat for sure
Birmingham, AL: Even though once the same size, we have outgrown them. Would be more of a burden than an asset.
Chattanooga, TN: The Battle of the Aquariums would be the start of WWIII
Philadelphia/Boston: Probably would try to take over New York, as King of the NE, which is our ally so enemies to us.

I don't really see Houston as being in competition with Atlanta because the economies are based on industries not in competition with each other. Houston's dominant industry is Energy which I would think would make them a good ally for any city lacking in that area. Atlanta's competition with Dallas makes more sense because of the transportation industry.

Houston's ally would certainly be San Antonio and our enemy would probably be another port city like New Orleans.

San Francisco would not be an ally of Atlanta. I doubt New York would either. What would be in it for NY and SF?

Ok, so I just watched a TMNT movie with my 8 year old nephew and he was pumped!

My hometown of NY would have the allies of Boston, DC, Baltimore and Philly.

DC can be Leonardo because its a leader
Mike can be Baltimore because he is the weakest
Don can be Boston because he is smart
Raph can be Philadelphia because is aggressive
Splinter can be New York because he is the master

We would reign blows upon anyone and challenge all of our enemies until the end!!!

So who'd be Shredder?

Berkeley, CA could be Krang: brainy but evil.
