Best to live? Bakersfield. Why? Because I couldn't look myself in the mirror if living in OK. I have too much respect for myself
Best to visit? Bakersfield because its in California and not OK

Must be why about half of Bakersfield has their roots in Oklahoma.

OKC is a great city and obviously has more to offer. Bakersfield is good for a low cost alternative for living in California and all that entails.....
