if buffalo were a depressing city then Buffalo wouldn't have be named America's best designed city , Rated one of the top 10 cities to Raise a family. Buffalo yes has had a decline and it was because of jobs! if buffalo had jobs then people would stay and Buffalo is coming back around now so idk what you are talking about.
