Among the choices of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. I'll go ahead and throw in Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia in there too and make it the South Atlantic plus Upper South/Lower Appalachia.

Consider their sizes, cities, culture, tourism, brand value/popularity, economy, sports, political influence and electorate representation, academia, infrastructure, and such.

If you had to rank them on relative importance from all the things mentioned above considered, in what order would it be?

It's not that serious but it is blatantly ridiculous to consider.
