Indeed they are and they're met by another high cost of living global city on the other end of North America for 100,000 + population growth annually.

So it's only likely to compare the three, determine which of the three most people are convinced will grow the fastest long-term, and decipher which one will win out in overall size (all three are similarly sized, within 1 million of one another, biggest to smallest).

For additional criteria, the inclusion of the likes of Modesto and Merced and Salinas is okay with me, they'll probably end up being bedroom communities eventually anyhow.

So which of the three will win out in the population growth and boom, let's say by 2040? Your prediction (since none of us know what'll happen even tomorrow, let alone 26 years from now). Let's do this numerically (in raw numbers), not a fan of "rates". LOL.

Also any additional criteria or anything else related to "growth" in population that you want to include, feel free and include.
