Id definitely walk down the street in Camden at 130 am. That last one of St. Louis looks like an apocalypse. Atleast Camden has streetlights!

There has also been some new office development proposals for Camden which would seriously do wonders for the city:

Brandywine Realty picked to develop Camden site? - Philadelphia Business Journal

And a high profile Philadelphia Residential Real Estate Developer has had a large mixed use development on the table for Camden for a few years now.

Are you purposely trying to beat out Camden for some reason? Haha. You seem dead set against it losing.

Haha no I didn't expect to see some of those "liveable" areas in Camden. I want the two worst of the worst most third world looking areas in the country and while Camden is no doubt in that conversation I think I could've done better in my selection.

The bad areas of Camden look worse than East St. Louis. But it's obviously still a city, you could see people walking on the street, people out on the porch. East St. Louis is houses scattered among fields. Fields don't look that scary. There's probably no one out there at 1:30 am, or most hours. But on the small chance you do meet someone… there'll be no one to hear you scream.
