Tobacco is the major industrial link between the two. Banking/finance is another.

^^^@diff, I was wondering the same thing lolol. There isn't all that much in common....Richmond is far more urban, from the core to the suburbs. Richmond is a more important finance center....

@Murksiderock i believe that they are the same person, its hard to hide the similarities in the posts and Richmond and Raleigh area completley diffrent even though i disagree with the NOVA comparison also its a closer match.
