Job market in general (not career specefic )
People friendliness and tolerence
Cost of live ( is there a big difference in rentals and utilities )

Booming sunbelt city versus a booming Cascadia city. It's nearly an apples to oranges contest. Besides both cities having strong job markets, they're completely different.
