Unfortunately as an A's fan you get kind of used to "trades" and moves like this by now. That's why I never buy a jersey with players name on it.
It would be cool if the Rams came back. That or an expansion team or two. God please not the Raiders.

One thing to note, Pasadena passed some sort of motion that bars the Raiders from playing at the Rose Bowl, which makes their move more complicated because I believe the Rose Bowl was going to be the teams temporary stadium until a new one was built.

LOL, oh that's hilarious. Smart move on their part.

Neither the city of Pasadena (Rose Bowl) nor USC (Coliseum owners) has gotten any notification from any team that they would need to use their facilities. Usually, notification has to come 8 months in advance.

The NFL really is playing hardball with us LA County taxpayers. I love sports, but I can think of other uses for a few billion than subsidizing a bunch of billionaires who can decide to move whenever they feel like it. I wouldn't mind paying the extra half cent of tax if it meant the city or county had part ownership of the team.

I legit think that the NFL is trying to push the Chargers and Rams to come to LA though. Funny how Goodell announces that no team is coming to LA the day after the Chargers said they want to extend their lease at Qualcomm for one more year. For some idiotic reason, Oakland is actually willing to spend real money on a stadium in Oakland, while San Diego and St. Louis don't have any kind of plans, discussed or not.

Yeah, I'm a Dodger fan. Our team is pretty much owned by a bank now, with more money than every team in MLB, with the best regular season pitcher on the planet, and STILL manage to choke it all away. With the Padres trying to become something beyond a place where bats go to die, this year will be much more interesting. At least everyone they got can't play defense.

BTW, I hope Oakland can build an MLB park at Jack London Square. That would be way too legit. Instead of moving them to the middle of San Jose.
